It is hard to believe, but Feathertop was originally an old horse paddock, overgrown with blackberries before it was established in 1988, it became apparent that it was an ideal climate to grow a variety of grapes. With this potential the winery was soon established, opening its cellar doors in 1989 with a list of 30 varietals, the first winery in the Alpine Valleys! Feathertop is passionate about developing alternate varietals Savagnin, Tempranillo and Vermentino to name a few, but you can also expect award winning traditional wines like Pinot Noir, Shiraz, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot & Prosecco.

Package Inclusions

  • Exclusive hire of the entire estate is available to all couples and is finalised with your personalised quote. This means you have private access to the entire winery, imagine pre wedding wine tastings, unlimited scope for your day and a relaxing recovery post your celebration.

  • There are a number of stunning locations on-site to suit the vision for your day. From breathtaking mountain views, to rows of grapevines, this location has limitless possibilities for your vow backdrop.

  • You can have up to 18 guests across three accommodation options. Allowing you privacy from family and friends, all while spending quality time together. Each package includes three nights and two full days at the estate.

  • Your creative team has unlimited access to the grounds on your day and is familiar with the estate. They understand the lighting, know each special spot and will work with your day to capture your love authentically.

Our exclusive offerings have been carefully curated in collaboration with Feathertop Private Estate, a location that will honour your love story just as you have always imagined. The property sprawls out before you, mountains towering all around, filling you with crisp mountain air and endless possibilities. Being a private estate you have the opportunity to enjoy the property exclusively during your stay, including any pre or post celebrations for your wedding party.

  • Our in-built management takes out the stress of countless emails and logistical nightmares, guaranteeing each little detail is accounted for. We provide one point of contact for you, an expert who will guide you through the entire planning process and will support you in the moments that matter most.

  • Our in-house design team work with you to bring to bring your vision to life encapsulating the essence of your story as a couple. After creating detailed mood boards with the colour, theme, and main elements for your day, they work to source all design elements, liaise with other style services and bring everything together.

  • Your quotes and invoices will all be managed through your client portal, with distribution of payments made to all included vendors.

  • On the day Coordination is a cornerstone within our Petit framework, as it allows couples to relax on the day knowing that every little detail is being carefully curated. Each venue has a designated coordinator, someone to oversee every detail, supervising vendors, and turn your vision into a flawless, and unforgettable occasion.
