We are a luxury business so when choosing a new location we look for certain elements that will captivate our couples. Accomodation, land and the availability of a wet weather indoor option are all assets we look for.

Once you contact us we set up a discovery call to get to know one another and see if our vision is in alignment. From here we set up a site visit, sign our mutually beneficial agreement and begin to work on our offerings.

To begin with, all hosts are involved as we need to fine-tune all logistics. However, once your location is live you become a silent partner while we take care of bookings, site-visits, vendor management and payment scheduling.

It is not necessary for our locations to offer site visits as our location profiles act as a virtual tour. Hence, this is a case by case option depending on your availability to host visits.

Most weddings or elopements book at least 12 months in advance, meaning you can better forecast for your year.

It is to be expected that there will be some flattening of grass, but other than that our team takes the utmost care in ensuring your land is respected. Each location has a designated coordinator who understands your land, ensuring it is both looked after and all services coming on to the property are managed.
