Each package comes with a celebrant and if they are otherwise engaged on your chosen date we have a list of exceptional celebrants ready to step in. We understand that this is a deeply personal aspect of your day so if you would prefer to include someone you know we can alter this aspect of the package.

Our packages have different minimum requirements as this is the capacity of our venues. You can find these details on each venue page. If your dream is to elope we have smaller offerings specifically for the two of you.

And does this alter the price?

There is a minimum spend for our Petit Packages as we take into account accommodation and insurance costs. The same amount of work, dedication and luxury inclusions are in each package regardless of the number of guests you choose to invite.

We take the utmost pride in the vendors we have selected, as they are a reflection of our business. Our essential services are planning, coordination, celebrant, catering and photography. These are included to create the foundation for your day and there is only flexibility if one business is not available for your date. This founding principle allows us to work one-on-one with each business, each giving us exclusive rates that we include in our bespoke packages.

What happens if a vendors is not available?

If a service is unavailable we have a list of exceptional businesses that we can include instead. Our planner will have a clear idea of your personalities and match you with the right team for your day.

Ideally we ask couples to lock us in a minimum of six months in advance. This allows us time to secure our venue, vendors, curate and coordinate your dream day.

What if we only want on the day coordination?

If your date is available we can book this three months out from your wedding day. We only take on micro weddings of up to 40 guests for this service.

Definitely! We completely understand that people need their privacy and may prefer to stay elsewhere. We recommend that the couple sat at the main residence and guests find surrounding accommodation options for the duration of your stay.

If you don’t want to include multiple days within your package then our service may not be for you. Our decision to include multiple nights within our packages is intentional, it allows you to spend time together and with loved ones. We have a minimum two night requirement within each package, with additional nights added. This allows you to slow down and honour the beginning of this next chapter together.

We help with every aspect and will happily point you in the direction of a car hire service we trust. Unfortunately, this is not something we can logistically arrange, but will be here to assist.

As this is a micro-offering, we chose to exclude a cake from each package. We work closely with our wonderful catering services however, so if you would love a cake instead of the desert we can definitely arrange it for you!

We go to great lengths to offer inclusivity within our venue spaces and work alongside hosts to ensure easy access points. While most venues are suitable we take this matter very seriously, speaking to each couple prior to booking to ensure we are meeting individual needs.

Each location we align with has a wet weather option that can be easily arrange by your coordinator on the day. A plan B is carefully planned prior, allowing for peace of mind if a last minute change is required on the day.
